[Review] SECRET KEY Milk Brightening Toner

Hey guys, it's me again! I'm back today with a review on the Secret Key Milk Brightening Toner.

I purchased mine on Yesstyle for approx. $15 AUD after reading all the great reviews the product had.

I've been testing out this toner for 2+ months now and here's my personal opinion of it:

  • I personally use it 3 times / day and pour a coin size amount onto my palms in which I quickly pat into my skin.
